Thank you for playing 67 Clicker (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App does and does not handle. It's short, because there isn't much.
The short version
- No accounts, no login, no sign-up.
- The App never sells your information, and asks for no personal details at all.
- Your game progress is saved only on your device.
- The optional global leaderboard is the only thing the App itself sends anywhere — and only after you choose to join it.
- The App shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, which may process limited data to serve and measure them.
Information stored on your device
Your game state — your 67 count, generators, upgrades, achievements, and settings — is saved locally on your device using standard iOS storage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the App deletes this data.
The optional leaderboard
67 Clicker has a global Clout leaderboard. Taking part is entirely optional, and nothing is sent anywhere until you open the leaderboard and tap “Join the board”. If you never join, the App transmits nothing about you at any point.
If you do join, exactly three things are sent, and nothing else:
- Your lifetime Clout total and your number of Go Virals — the two gameplay numbers the board ranks on.
- A random identifier the App generates on your device the first time you join. It is not your name, your Apple ID, or your device's advertising identifier — it is a random number that exists only so the board can tell one entry from another.
- Your nickname, which you choose from two fixed word lists we provide (for example “FeralWalrus”). There is no text box: the App can only send our word choices back to us, which is why nothing another player has typed can ever appear on your screen.
We do not receive your name, email address, location, or any advertising identifier through the leaderboard. Leaderboard data is stored on Supabase (servers located in Tokyo, Japan), which hosts the database on our behalf.
To stop people from faking scores, our server also records a scrambled, one-way form of your network (IP) address for up to 48 hours when a new entry is created, purely to limit how many entries can be created at once. It is never stored in a readable form, is never used to identify or locate you, and is deleted automatically.
Leaving is immediate and complete. Open the leaderboard and tap “Leave leaderboard” and your entry is deleted from our database. Your game and your Clout are untouched, and you can join again later as a new entry.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to show optional, rewarded ads — short videos you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus (for example, doubling a reward). You are never required to watch an ad to play.
To serve and measure these ads, Google may collect and process information such as device identifiers, general (coarse) location, and ad-interaction data.
Your tracking choice
The first time you open the App, iOS asks whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites:
- If you allow it, Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show you personalized ads.
- If you decline — or simply don't answer — every ad request is marked
non-personalized (
npa=1), and no advertising identifier is used to track you.
Either way the game plays exactly the same, and no gameplay feature is withheld. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own policies:
Data we do not collect
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or payment information. It has no analytics SDKs of its own and no user accounts. The leaderboard described above sends only a score, a Go Viral count, and a randomly generated identifier.
Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. It has no accounts, and collects nothing itself beyond the optional leaderboard described above. iOS does not show the tracking request to users under the applicable age, and in that case ads are always non-personalized. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the ad network, you can contact us and we will help address it, consistent with applicable law (such as COPPA and GDPR-K).
In-app purchases
67 Clicker is free to play and does not sell in-app purchases. Its only optional monetization is the rewarded ads described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
